Because many of  programs already installed, It's automatically Laptop runs slow. Here, you must remove program which is not necessary.
Please goto Control Panel, Choose Program, and Uninstal every program you may not used, Than restart.

I have solved several times to my client related this laptop, and everything are OKE, Laptop runs faster than before.
